Bourne Supremacy

Saturday, August 28th, 2004

My brothers and I went to see the Bourne Supremacy at the UA Galaxy theater. It started out with a bit of a suprise for me. According to Trevor, Bourne is a lot more of confused in the book than what they showed in the movie. But, I kinda expect that. Its a movie. It [...]

Laser Tag

Saturday, August 28th, 2004

Last night CYA went to Laser Flash in Carmel after Ben Larson’s discussion of “Goodness.” It was a great time trying to figure out how to play. I did better the first time. If we ever do it again, we’ll have to do a little planning for roles. They have a “free thursday” time…maybe we’ll [...]

Found it!

Thursday, August 26th, 2004

Obviously I didn’t look too hard. Since I already have a .iso image, all I have to do is use Disk Utility and voila, it works! Too cool. =) I learn new things every day. That’s why I like working with computers.

Something else

In between trying to get my computer to burn the CD, I decided to upload some pictures to my DeviantArt page…check them out here.

Computer problems

Thursday, August 26th, 2004

I’ve been trying to get this ISO cdrom image to burn on my laptop so I can use the CD to set up another computer. But, since I don’t have Toast, I have tried a couple different free programs and neither of them has worked for me. And VirtualPC doesn’t let you burn cds. =(

Really bad night

Tuesday, August 24th, 2004

I worked 7 hours tonight at UPS! Normally, I’m not supposed to work more than five, but things were really, really bad. I don’t know what happened. I kept my trailer basically clean, sort of. All I have to say is that I hope we don’t have another night like that for a long time.

Quiet day

Monday, August 23rd, 2004

Today was really quiet at the planetarium. My 4:00 show was the first I’ve had in a loooooong time that noone came to. Yeah, I had zero visitors. Oh, well, it must be because of everyone going back to school — nobody comes to the Museum. At least I was able to work on some [...]

State Fair

Thursday, August 19th, 2004

Last night and the night before I went to the State Fair. Tuesday, I went with my next two younger brothers. We looked briefly through the 4H building, the commercial exhibits building and the home and family arts building. They have made a lot of improvements to the 4H building and newly remodeled the Boy’s [...]

I got a Jetta!

Thursday, August 12th, 2004

I went to pick up my new-to-me VW Jetta this evening. =) I am very happy with it so far and I hope it will last me for a few years. Praise God that He led me to this one.
The car is a sliver 1998 Jetta TDI. It is a manual transmission diesel. It [...]
